1,芒果骗局,

这曾是特斯拉用过的一个面试题,是曾经在一个商人身上真实发生过的故事

有一个村子,村子里的人都是不爱吃芒果的,现在你手里有大量的芒果要卖给他们,你会怎么办呢

现在告诉你那个阴险的商人是怎么做局的

商人每天都去村里大喊谁家有芒果啊,我要大量的收购

商人刻意制造需求,在商业思维中这就叫无中生有

商人每天都去收购芒果。每天的收购价格都不一样,第一天收购十元,村民不知真假 ,试着给了一个芒果

商人果然给了十款,于是全村的人开始去找芒果,商人每天起价一块,第二天十一元,第三天十三元,第四天十四元,,每天只涨一块。在商业思维中这叫惯性思维

到第五天村民就会有惯性思维,然后就会有人抢在你面前把十四块的芒果都买走想在第六天按照十五块的卖给你赚取一块钱的差价。

市场经济中,你要的就是这种人,必须让这种人赚到钱。

因为一旦有村里的人通过倒卖芒果赚到钱,就会有一堆人跟风的,商业思维中这叫抛砖引玉

这天商人有事回城,他的助手对村民说,我偷偷把老板的所有芒果按照十元的价格卖给你们,等商人回来,你们在以十五元的价格卖给商人,你们就发财了。

就以三块钱的价格卖给了隔壁小镇的商人,其实隔壁小镇的商人也是那个阴险的商人。

所以他现在有了更便宜的筹码,

你发现了有些村民特别想买芒果,但是没钱,于是呢你就提出可以借钱给他们买芒果,在惯性思维下,这些村民一致认为这些芒果会一直涨价,涨价下去的结果就是村民把手里的芒果抵押给你,还钱回去再买更多的芒果,你不用起早贪黑的去卖芒果却成了村民最大的债主,在村民还清贷款之前,这芒果的所有权还是你的,左右都是你赚钱,这叫以逸待劳。

随着事件的发展,就有一些村民发现芒果其实并不是必需品,没有芒果也可以过得很好啊,还不用背上沉重的贷款。这时你觉得村民这种想法很危险,你担心会影响到你芒果的延续性。于是你给芒果赋予了其他的价值属性,你告诉村里的年轻女孩,一个连芒果都买不起的人不配拥有爱情。于是那些不买芒果的人发现,我之前所有的荣誉,所有受教育的证明,所有奖学金,以及其他一切优秀的证明,都比不过个芒果,哪怕他心怀天下,哪怕她曾梦想仗剑走天涯,也比不过那些有好几个全款买芒果的男人。

于是这些聪明的村民也只能无奈的跟着世俗的车轮向前,对芒果的价值以及它的神圣意义不敢再有其他的想法

又过了十几年,你发现村民繁衍后代的速度已经跟不上芒果树种植采摘的速度,按照供需关系,芒果早晚会降价。问题是你手里有大量村民抵押的芒果,比如说贷款二十元买了芒果的这些人,一旦芒果降到了十元,请问村民还会继续还贷款吗,

不会的,所以你想了个办法,村民把芒果抵押给你,借钱回去叫抵押贷款,那你也可以把村民欠你的钱也抵押出去,这叫贷款再抵押,这样就把风险转移给了别人,你又一次套现离场。

当芒果价格下跌了以后,很多持有大量芒果的村民立马紧张愤怒,因为很多村民都是高位上车,贷款还不起了,芒果被拍卖了,之前二十块钱的芒果,现在十几块钱就能买到,甚至更低,这时你三次入场带着资金去抄底,玩的是不良资产那一套,这算不算趁火打劫呢,

于是你手里又大量屯了芒果,你知道想再像过去那样卖出去基本是不可能了,于是你又哭诉,想村里人拉你一把,村里也在研究,最后没有办法,前段时间不是吧私募炒芒果基金给打开了嘛,于是你赶紧把你手里这些不良资产芒果包装进去,至于价格至少翻倍打包卖给私募基金管理人了,

2.保险代理员和直销

一位高雄的老板只用了一招,今年已经赚了超过三千万元

就这样半年的时间,他一共找到了四百名业务员卖掉了六百台设备,直接就做到了千万的利润,最后留下来的只有不到三十人达标,大部分人只能够买到两道三台设备,而没有达标的直接被淘汰,而恰恰是这些被淘汰掉的人,几乎给他创造了所有的业绩,
